I had a hard week. Stress, pushing myself too hard, the eclipse, too many nights of my kids jumping on my head, led me to having an Epstein Barr reemergence. I’ve always been a sensitive soul (Neptune in my 6th house 😰) and with that my physical health is often effected by the weather, the stars, the food I eat, the people I surround myself with. The daily practices I have are my anchors to staying above board when it comes to my energy, vitality and overall well-being. But sometimes especially if I’ve taken too much on (5 planets in Sagittarius and zero earth so that’s pretty often 🤪) no amount of daily practice is going to save me and that’s the week I had. Epstein Barr can look like chronic~ 🧟‍♀️Exhaustion (even after sleeping) 🧟‍♀️Depletion 🧟‍♀️Mentally sad or anxious 🧟‍♀️Achy and or tender muscles 🧟‍♀️Insomnia 🧟‍♀️Headaches 🧟‍♀️Sore throat 🧟‍♀️Lowered cognition 🧟‍♀️Speech/ memory loss 🧟‍♀️Twitching I am not a push it aside type of person, I know this is not normal and when I get hit with Epstein Barr I go to my protocol and my healers until I pull myself out of it. That being said there’s one ingredient to my healing protocol that goes above all else and that’s ~ ♥️S I S T E R H O O D♥️ My blood family was never a given for me, I didn’t grow up with a traditional family or extended family that unconditionally loved me and just wanted to see me succeed regardless of my path matching theirs, my mistakes or my own challenges. So the women I am able to authentically BE with, the women that choose to love me unconditionally and show up for me wherever I am, are the most important part of recovering my health. Sisterhood is in danger, we are in a culture that teaches you to be wary of the women around you, to form bonds over gossip and that the more superior women is the one that’s a guys girl. This cannot be further from the truth. To the women that pulled me through this week, you are my magic. I am forever grateful for the beauty and wisdom that emerges when women come together. Here’s my personal thoughts, and how I have navigated my own journey. There are so many levels and layers of “somatic” healing, many layers we preform everyday on an energetic level naturally. 🦋 That being said if you are asking, I would say your answer is in your question. It’s almost always best to have a trained professional when navigating your internal terrain, for the purpose of healing for the first time and beginning stages. 🌿 I’m a big advocate for autonomy and independence, and it’s also incredibly important to listen to your intuition. But maybe you’re feeling called to seek out a trained professional for safety, set and setting, support, or maybe for technique; then it’s also important to listen to that as well.🧞‍♀️ Everyone must learn to brush their teeth, but even a dentist can’t preform his own yearly cleanings. Having well rounded resources are crucial in the healing and integration process, as well as having ones own skill sets.🐍 All this being said we can’t know “A” without someone showing us “A”. In tribal times healers would have to be initiated into a linage of wisdom, and healing passed down many generations from elders. This is a frequency or “technology” that you can’t know unless someone gives or “shows” you. A professional (the correct one!) is often connected to a linage and has been initiated through either an institution or apprenticeship, who then can impart this frequency, healing, and or skill onto you.🌊 So while I’m the first one to say and encourage one to learn to be their own healer, the “learning” almost always must come from first journeying with the wise ones before us. 🤍🤍🤍

I grew up working for a family business. Working as in I was unschooled, but not the hipster type that sounds liberating and empowering for children. The type where I woke up to a laundry list of tasks and projects I needed to complete to feed our family or 15. ^Answering phones ^Mailing statements ^Cleaning trucks ^Routing ^Collections ^Feeding my huge hungry brothers for lunch The list goes on. Every morning I would wake up to my Dads words “another day another dollar” and the reminder of how much I cost to feed. He was born in 1942 to parents that had survived the Great Depression just to endure WW2. I never faulted him (maybe when I was young a little .. maybe a lot 🤫) I understood he had a different experiance than I did. Safety to him was in working, being productive and never allowing the more feminine aspects of reality to take up space. Femininity was weakness. . At one point I had to face the fact that this belief system wasn’t for me, but that it had rooted itself in me. It took burn out, illness and battling my constant anxiety to decide “not for me, not today.” And thus began my journey into Sacred Femininity. . It doesn’t have to be hard, all the time. Even showing up here to communicate with you guys, doesn’t have to be draining. It can just be a moment in time, to share the sun on my face. The wind in my hair. #practicallysensual . So when I say their craft room is one of the most important rooms in the house that’s no joke. Around 4 times a year we take a trip to @walmart and go to town in the crafting section! The whole family gets involved and voila! My favorite part of the day❤️ Everyday once the girls get home, we eat snack and before I know it they run off to the craft room. This is our favorite part of the house and my kids (and my extra kids!) as we call them spend hours creating, imagining and getting messy. Shi was super tired so we rocked her in the stroller so she could watch😂

With the suffering our people have experienced in recent events I’ve opened up my schedule to create more space and time for healing. . 1:1 bodywork and coaching containers are now available for the month of Cheshvan on a donation basis. About this time last year, I gazed at the sonogram screen of my newly forming baby, soon to be know as Shiloh. Only a few weeks from conception, yet she was already complete with her own set of DNA. I was in awe (and still am) of this universe unfolding before my very eyes. That same day as I was contemplating the absolute wonder that is life, I felt a slight breeze blow past my skin. Mmm what a delightful sensation after months of unrelenting heat. It reminded me of the cooling of our bodies that takes place during ovulation. The 1-2 days our estrogen rises to keep our mature egg cool, so it can make the long journey into our fallopian tubes before conception. It’s always been fascinating to me how the earth cycles just as a woman’s body does. >>Cycles within cycles >>Microcosm within macrocosm Our bodies seasons represent the earths seasons. According to the Jewish Lunar calendar Nissan (April/May) is the head of the months, so why is it that we celebrate the Jewish New year on Tishrai (August/September)? When we look at the earth as we would a woman’s body, our new year takes a whole new meaning. For me, Rosh hashana is the day the earth is Ovulating. Just like within our bodies we need 10 days from conception to implantation to imprint a healthy child, so too the earth has 10 days from our new year. On Rosh Hashana we intimately conceive our hopes, our dreams, our desires for the coming year with G-d, and 10 days later on Yom Kippur our year is signed and sealed; implanted. As we move through Elul, what would it be like if we allowed ourselves to wonder. What would it be like if we allowed this time to be a month of preparation before we enter ovulation. Let us not focus on the weight of repentance, but on the beauty it is to prepare our physical and spiritual bodies for intimacy with G-d. That is true techuva. It is the returning to our bodies, the returning to true intimacy with G-d. May we all conceive this Rosh Hashana, all the beauty we desire to create with G-d. And May this year be impregnated from the river of abundance, health, wealth and nourishment Hashem offers us, as we return and co-create with The holy one blessed be He.

E Y I N | H A R A ¥ E V I L | E Y E . There really was (and still is!) so much to unpack here. . Being the Aquarian that I am, technology has always been so fascinating and fun for me. Having the worlds most powerful web of communication, and knowledge in the palm of my hand would sound like the perfect brew. . As I began expanding my family I noticed with each child, the absolute addiction the phone was becoming. How easy it was to stare at my hand held device instead of gazing into my baby’s blossoming awareness. The pull to capture every moment of play, then to get caught up in answering a PM or two. I realized I wasn’t being the present mother and human I wanted to mirror to my children. . I started to hide my phone, I hired an assistant to delegate some of the technological details of my work, but more important than anything else, I had to make a conscious decision not to get caught up in the pressure of posting for the algorithm instead of my well of creativity, to spread my craft. . The pressure on mothers in this generation to post daily for the algorithm, stay relevant and grow their online following is becoming a monster. Have we forgotten only a few decades ago that businesses flourished without our online devices? That women had friends and community without posting daily? Have we forgotten that if you have something to share G-d will make sure your people will find you whether you post daily, weekly or monthly. . Social media is here to stay. That being said, I think it’s time we start a conversation. It is ok to set boundaries with your phone. It is ok to take breaks from giving your attention to the eyes of social media, and it is also ok to only post when it feels good in your body, according to your internal rhythm, when you feel protected and energetically abundant. . You are important, you are relevant and you are worth being seen, whether you have 20 followers, or 20,000 followers. I see you✨

The Mother w e l l 🌊 . So many of us have been taught, and conditioned to be linear, action, push through, do all the things as per usual just with a baby on your breast, and little ones beneath your feet. . While there is a time and place for that, there also is an equally essential place for >> Being >> Presents >> Support >> Rooting down with your children. >> Grounding nourishment . When overwhelm sets in, when disassociation from our bodies takes root and fear finds a voice in our heads- this is a call to take a few minutes to ground ourselves back into the earth. . There are so many ways for us mothers to come back center, but today I’ll share one of the most simplest ways, and that is a remembering. A remembering that G-d will carry me. That extra income I may make from pushing myself, G-d wants us to do our part, but then trust he will do the rest. We don’t need to know how or when, we just need to trust. . That extra side dish, or dresser of clothes that needs sorting through can wait. I’ll be more efficient if I center my being back into nature. My food will be more delicious if made with presents and intention. . That slide that needs finessing can wait. G-d will guide the women who need this medicine to me with or without regular “content”. . And then doing a physical action of walking outside (pref. Without the phone!) barefoot even for a few minutes. Feeling the earth beneath you. Experiencing the sunshine on your face, and listening to the bird song and rustle of the leaves, will take you home to center. . My husband and I in the middle of the morning chaos, make it a point to walk outside (even for 5 minutes) and pick a few tomato’s from our garden. . Nature, Mother Earth, she loves us, she holds us, she Nourishes us in more ways than we will ever know. Allow her too. Surrender to her beauty, and allow yourself to come home. . It is time to FEEL again… raw, inhibition-less sensations, emotions, pain and pleasure. . Women have the ability to hold the light and the dark. It’s time to feel the beauty of the darkness, to enter the deep, breath.🌊

L I F E🖤 . As we approach closer to our next MOON|RISE Retreat, I’m spending more time in nature, more time meditating on the beauty of life. To prepare for facilitating this deeply impactful, generous space, grounding into the gift of life lessons is absolutely necessary. My body may have been bruised, my heart may have been broken, and my ego may have faltered- but all the pain is how I now come back so much stronger, so much softer and so much more grateful. . So much shame has accumulated from other cultures. Other religions have infiltrated our communities and schools and have taught us that intimacy is the devil, a woman’s sensual nature is to be shamed, and we are born in sin. This cannot be further from the truth of the ways of the Torah. R O S H C H O D E S H | A D A R | T W O ♓️ • A time to plant, a time to descend, a time to travel into the deep. • I celebrated Rosh Chodesh last night with 4 beautiful women. We sat in ceremony to see ourselves raw, open and vulnerable. Last night was a night of inner child work, deep devotion to pausing from the external, and allowing ourselves to reclaim our internal feminine ground. • Last night we cried, we laughed, we played. Today I sow my seeds for the future, I sit with my intentions for the month, surrounded by images of my beloveds, my faith and things that allow me to feel. • Use this time wisely; celebrate, and gather with women. Gaze at the beauty of your creations, and allow the darkness to consume your seeds for the future. Look up at the moon, and remember~ The darkness always comes before the light; allow her dark, watery, warmth to comfort you, allow her depths to consume you.🌙

•R E C L A M A T I O N• . I get asked often what is a “Womb awakening” . The Womb awakening is a movement of the Divine feminine reclaiming her rightful place in our lives and in society. She is our birthright as women to reclaim our bodies as the sacred temple, not a toy or a place of shame that needs to be ignored unless actively trying to conceive. . Our sensuality, our flow, our intuitive genius, holds weight in this world and we as women are now reclaiming her power. . Our daughters deserve to be taught the beauty, and sacred power of renewal from her bleed. Our young women deserve to delight in the beauty and holiness of pleasure that comes from their bodies, and build that foundation for the rest of their lives to plant in. Our mothers deserve to lean into their intuition and not be dismissed by the Toxic medical system. Women around the world deserve to feel power in their stillness and not be beholden to only being as important as they are productive. . We are creating a space within our bodies, and then within our communities to bring in the Shechinah, reclaim her as our own, be able to then support our families as the oracles we are and that starts with each of us reclaiming our wombs, the root of the universe♥️

Felt like now would be a good time to introduce myself as you join me on this journey of life♥️ I am a Jewess, a Wife and Mother to 4 powerful babies, a licensed Somatic massage therapist and woman’s health practitioner.♥️ I work with women 1:1, guiding them to release stagnant emotions in their body and creating space for them to feel safe and empowered IN their bodies; by using a variety of modalities such as bodywork, energy work, breathwork, intuitive coaching and more. I also teach courses, and host workshops/ retreats (with my goddess partner Devorah @the_consciouschef ) on FAM (fertility awareness method), pregnancy and birth (coming soon!) and sacred intimacy.
