MY STORY
Rachel, a seasoned practitioner of
the healing arts, has devoted over a
decade to her craft. With a clinical
background in somatic BODYWORK,
she has honed her skills as a
breathwork facilitator, energy
worker, doula, and hypnotherapist.
With a profound connection to the feminine, the moon and the earth, Rachel emboldens women to realize the mystery within them through body awareness, sensuality, and education. Her repertoire of skills ranging from her time working in nursing homes as a nursing assistant, to her time studying mysticism in the hills of Tzfat Israel she conjures a haven of safety and compassion for deep transformative healing through the cycles of women-hood and the wisdom of the body.
Rachel's focus lies in teaching and guiding women to tap into their innate power, becoming their own healers and manifesting the lives they deserve.
Her current teachings cover subjects such as intimacy, fertility awareness, feminine embodiment, and birth.
